Leif Garph, CEO of Sparbössan Fastighet, Chairman of Stiftelsen Stockholms Studentbostäder and Board Member of Kungsleden, has been elected as a new member of Svenska Bostadsfonden’s Advisory Board.

The third of four issues in Svenska Bostadsfonden 9 closed with a total subscribed volume of SEK 24 300 000. Distribution between the respective securities issued: 386 Convertible Equity Loans (kVAL) á SEK 50 000 equivalent to SEK 19 300 000. 10 Debentures (FÖL) á SEK 450 000 equivalent to SEK 500 000. 10 Preferred Shares series B (prefB) á SEK 50 000 equivalent to SEK 500 000. No Preferred Shares A (prefA) were subscribed.
