Svenska Bostadsfonden takes possession in Växjö

In December Svenska Bostadsfonden took possession of 26 apartments in the property Olivsnäckan in Växjö. The property is located in a pleasant recreational area next to Lake Växjö, only 1,2 kilometres from the city centre. The acquisition was made by subsidiaries of Svenska Bostadsfonden 7 AB.
